Hangin' Out

Brendan and I took a walk in the woods behind the property we are buying a few weeks ago.  I was excited to find that there is a trail not far from where our house will be built.  It will be particularly nice to have a place we can take Miles for a walk off his leash.  One of the few drawbacks of living in the midst of a national park is that dogs are supposed to be on leashes at all times (although the rangers really only enforce this during the summer months).  Anyway, this is a picture of Brendan on our walk that day...

This picture is a great representation of what life is like in our home on a day to day basis...
After the boys pulled all of their craft supplies and puzzles out of the cupboard, Ian crawled in and the two of them had quite a good time closing Ian in the cupboard and then having him "POP" out.  In the background I was working on cleaning up the kitchen.  It's amazing how much time I spend cleaning up the house - you might never realize it if you happened to stop by for a visit some day!
