Play Time!

December means lots of indoor playtime.  The days are short (the sun rises at 7am and sets at 3:50pm) and the weather is cold but not cold enough for ice or snow.  We set-up the hot tub on our screened porch last week and the boys LOVE going in it.  They turn into little pink lobsters and of course I had to get a picture of their little pink bums.  They have also enjoyed playing in the basement.  My favorite day was when I was upstairs making dinner and they came up dressed as a fireman and his fire dog.  Too cute!  Their imaginations are huge and they are always making me smile.  They also have been playing "Pirate Ship" - of course Ian, being the older brother, is the captain and Brendan dutifully follows his commands.
