OOPS! On our first day in Florida, Stephen and I were having a fun game of chase with Ian in the house when he tripped and fell head first onto the corner of a wooden chair. He had a small but deep gash on his forehead that we felt needed to be closed so we jumped in the car and headed to urgent care for his second laceration (remember the one in Hawaii when he was "cliff diving?!"). Fortunately the wound edges were very clean we were able to avoid stitches and used the medical grade equivalent of super glue - a product called Dermabond. It's awesome because it's painless. We stopped for ice cream on the way home which made Ian a very happy camper. Now Stephen and I are trying to figure out how we can get some Dermabond for future travels!
