We celebrated Mimi's 40th birthday while we were at camp... Twice! We celebrated once when we were all still together and again on her actual birthday. Mimi definitely had a good time but I think Ian had the most fun. There is nothing like celebrating your birthday with a couple of toddlers/kids around... it kind of changes the way you celebrate. This wasn't your typical "Black Balloons and Crepe Paper, Over-The-Hill Bash." It was a little more of what you might expect when you turned, say 3! We had horns and party hats, colorful balloons and banners, cupcakes with football rings on top and, of course, pin-the-tail-on-the... Zebra!
