Ian's "Highlights" magazine had a page explaining how to make chocolate ice cream by putting chocolate milk and a bit of sugar in a zip lock bag and then putting that bag in a bigger bag with ice and salt. Then you SHAKE - SHAKE - SHAKE for 10 minutes and Voila! you have chocolate ice cream.
