We have had a most amazing Thanksgiving day. We started the day with a drive up to Waimea canyon. They call it the "grand canyon of the Pacific.". I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical... I've seen the grand canyon and couldn't believe that anything on such a small island could compare. But, I was amazed with what we saw... It really did resemble the grand canyon! Here are a few pictures which definitely don't do it justice.
