Another gorgeous view

After checking out the canyon we continued up to the end of the road where there was a lookout that usually has a gorgeous view if the Waimea valley and Napali coast. We were disappointed to find it shrouded in clouds offering no view at all.
Fortunately Ian and Sesame were hungry so we stopped for breakfast at a lodge in the park and while we were eating the sun came out. So, crossing our fingers, we headed back up the road and were rewarded not only with an amazing view of the valley and coast but a gorgeous rainbow too! It was breathtaking.
