Having my father here for the past week has been awesome. I have a new appreciation for working parents... it's hard! But having my Dad here has made the transition much, much easier. Stephen and I are truly being spoiled. It has been so much fun to come home each night and hear about their day's adventures. They went to the park where Ian tried out the swings. Here he is with Grandpa...

Grandpa has been a big fan of the fancy stroller our good friend Juliane let us borrow...
Grandpa has even been teaching Ian how to cook...
(together they have had dinner ready every night when we have gotten home!)
And best of all is that Grammy arrives today to share in the fun. Yeah!
Oh yeah, Ian has become the world rolling champion - he is a rolling fool... stay tuned for upcoming videos...

I see what time you posted! You were up with the chickens! I am glad you first week went well. How exciting that both grandparents are going to be here this week! Enjoy!
First, I cannot believe how big Ian has gotten. He just seems to get more and more handsome! Second, I would like to have your parents come out for a few days in August?? Perhaps they are interested in starting a postpartum service!!
