It's a boy!

We had our ultrasound two days ago and were excited to see that our little one is growinag and developing perfectly. We could even count his toes! Even more exciting was finding out that it's a boy. He weighs a little over a pound and is about a foot long from head to toe which means he's too big to fit on the ultrasound screen in one shot. Here are a few of the pictures of him...

And here's a video of his heart beating (it's a cross section of his chest)... approximately 160 beats a minute! (a normal rate for a fetus... I swear I didn't have 4 shots of espresso before the ultrasound).

This is a shot of his legs from below (sorry, no pee-pee shots. I want to save him from future embarassment from having his genitalia published on the web).

I have some great 22 week belly shots (it's growing really fast) but don't have the cord to download them from my camera to the computer so you'll have to wait until next week!
