I want THAT ONE!

When we walked through the doors of the mall yesterday Ian took off running. He is usually very good about staying with me so I was curious about where he was headed. He was clearly on a mission...
He had spotted the cool race car strollers you can rent at the mall. He picked out a yellow one and we were off!

I'm still amazed at how observant Ian is.  He often points out things that I have overlooked:  a plane flying overhead, the light on a boat or a bird sleeping on a rock (which he points out not by saying it's name but by indicating it is sleeping).  He is able to tell me more and more about what he sees in this world and how he wants to interact with it. I am enthralled with his development and totally enchanted watching him grow. I know the terrible twos are coming but am blissfully ignorant at this moment.
