So, recently I started to do some yoga again and have been entertained by my little helper... Ian. At times he tries to copy what I am doing (he is actually better at downward dog than I am!). But mostly he just likes to crawl on top of me and stack his toys on me. I can't say it is particularly relaxing to do yoga in his company but it sure does make me smile!

This is great! I love when Caroline does yoga with me! I often catch her doing poses during the day- usually nothing I taught her- just contortions she gets herself into naturally :)
